Privacy policy

Pumpkin Stencil Maker (https://pumpkinstencilmaker.com) turns a photo into a pumpkin carving stencil. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

Photos stay on your device

The stencil is generated in your browser with canvas processing. The photo you upload or take is not sent to our servers, and we do not store a copy of it. If you download a PNG or PDF, that file is created on your device.

Payments

Paid checkout is processed by Creem (creem.io). When you buy the print pack, you leave our page for Creem's checkout. Creem collects the payment details needed to charge you. We receive payment status, a checkout id, an order id, and the product id so we can unlock the high-resolution download. We do not receive your full card number.

Unlock token

After a verified payment, we store a signed unlock token in local storage on your device. It expires about 30 days after purchase and lets that browser download the print pack again. You can clear it by clearing site data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and funnel events such as upload, preview, download, and checkout click. These events do not include your photo or the contents of the stencil. Vercel may process basic request data such as a truncated IP address according to its own policy.

Cookies

We do not run an advertising cookie banner. The unlock token uses local storage, not a tracking cookie. Payment pages on Creem may set their own cookies.
