These terms cover Pumpkin Stencil Maker at https://pumpkinstencilmaker.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the tool or buy a download.

The product

The free tool makes a watermarked, lower-resolution PNG preview of a carving stencil from a photo you provide. The paid product is a one-time digital download for $4.99: a higher-resolution PNG without the watermark, and a printable PDF sized for a small, medium, or large pumpkin on A4 or US Letter paper, including a page of carving instructions. It is not a physical pumpkin, a printed poster we mail to you, or a subscription.

License

After payment you may use the files you generate for personal carving, and for a one-off pumpkin you give away or display. You may not resell the files as a template pack, upload them to a print marketplace as a stock stencil, or claim the tool itself as your product. You are responsible for having the rights to the photo you upload.

Payments

Checkout is provided by Creem. The price is shown before you pay and is charged once. Access to the paid download is unlocked in the browser that completes checkout, via a signed token that lasts about 30 days. Because the file is generated on your device from your photo, we cannot email a universal file that matches someone else's picture.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, upload images of someone in a sexual context without a right to do so, or attempt to disrupt the service. Carving is a craft with knives and open flame or lights. You are responsible for safe carving. The stencil is a guide, not a guarantee of a particular likeness.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. A stencil can still be hard to carve if the photo is busy, low contrast, or very detailed. We do not warrant that every photo will produce a sturdy pattern, though the tool is designed to keep floating pieces attached.
