Refund policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
The print pack from Pumpkin Stencil Maker is a one-time digital purchase of $4.99. You get a high-resolution PNG and a printable PDF generated in your browser from your own photo.
7-day functional guarantee
If the paid file does not work, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. The file "does not work" means the PNG or PDF fails to download, will not open, or is blank or corrupt. Tell us the order id from your Creem receipt and what went wrong.
How to ask
Email support@pumpkinstencilmaker.com with the subject "Refund" and your order id. We reply with next steps. Refunds are issued back through Creem to the original payment method.
What we may decline
We may decline a refund when the files open correctly and the request is only that you changed your mind after a successful download, or that you dislike how a particular photo carved. The free watermarked preview is there so you can judge the design before you pay. If a bug on our side blocked a working download, that is covered by the 7-day guarantee.
